Public Hearing and Other Actions to Proceed with Crooked Creek Subdivision Road Improvements

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners:

 

1.                     Holds a public hearing to consider the petition from property owners in the Crooked Creek Subdivision and the Preliminary Assessment Resolution adopted on September 16, 2019 and adopts a Final Assessment Resolution for County financing by special assessment to improve the subdivision roads for acceptance into the NC Department of Transportation Maintained Highway System.

 

2.                     Appropriates $211,300 to the Water, Sewer and Road Improvements Division of the Economic Development Element within the County Capital Fund to increase the available budget for Road improvements.
