Award Construction Contract for the Beech Bluff County Park Project

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners.

                     1. Awards a construction contract in the amount of $20,090,000 to Bar Construction Company of Greensboro, North Carolina, and

                     2. Authorizes the County Manager to execute the contract for the Beech Bluff County Park Project subject to the terms and conditions acceptable                      to the County Attorney, and

                     3. Approves the allocation of additional funds from the 2018 Parks, Greenways, Recreation and Open Space (PGROS) bond funding to the Beech Bluff County Park Project.
