Presentation of the County Manager's Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2021
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners receives the Recommended Fiscal Year 2021 Budget for consideration and approves the following:
1. Instructs the County Manager to provide an online method of public comment for the FY 2021 Recommended Budget ahead of the Monday, June 1, budget public hearing.
2. Holds a budget public hearing during the Board of Commissioners’ regular (virtual) meeting on Monday, June 1, which begins at 5:00 p.m., at which point the Clerk to the Board will provide a summary of public comments submitted.
3. Holds virtual budget work sessions on Wednesday, May 27, at 2:00 p.m. and Monday, June 8, at 2:00 p.m.
4. Considers the budget for adoption on Monday, June 15, during the Board of Commissioners’ regular (virtual) meeting, which begins at 2:00 p.m.
