FY 2024 Community Capital Competitive Process Approval and Appropriate Funds
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Appropriates $7,000,000 ABC committed Fund Balance and transfers to the County ClP Fund for Community Capital Projects in the amounts of:
$120,600 for A Place at the Table, $1,000,000 for Advance Community Health, $1,000,000 for Fertile Ground Food Cooperative, $900,000 for Greenwood Forest Baptist Church, $1,000,000 for North Raleigh Ministries, $930,000 for Rebuilding Together of the Triangle, $887,000 for The Alice Aycock Poe Center, $264,000 for The Joel Fund, $36,600 for The Women’s Center of Wake County, $155,200 for WakeEd Partnership, $173,100 for White Oak Foundation, and $533,500 for YES Foundation.
2. Authorizes the County Manager to enter into funding agreements with the organizations approved for funding.
