Conveyance of Multiple Permanent and Temporary Easements on Wake County Properties to be Granted to The City of Raleigh for The Wake BRT: New Bern Avenue Project
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the conveyance of a permanent sidewalk easement, a permanent electric utility easement, a permanent slope, cuts and fill easement, a temporary construction easement and a temporary construction easement for driveway repair and reconstruction to The City of Raleigh on the Wake County properties described herein; and
2. Authorizes the Chairman to execute the deeds of easement (along with any other supporting documentation), subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
3. Appropriates $3,000 of funding from the City of Raleigh in the County Buildings element of County Capital CIP for landscaping.
