That the Board of Commissioners: Accepts and appropriates an additional $2,067,282 of revenues and expenditures for the Health and Human Services Department into the Grants and Donations Fund from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS) to address communicable disease related challenges resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic
