Award Construction Contract in the Amount of $2,398,797.70 for the RTP South Reclaimed Waterline Project
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Awards a construction contract to Pipeline Utilities Inc., of Raleigh, North Carolina in the amount of $2,398,797.70 for the RTP South Phase 2 Reclaimed Waterline Project; and
2. Authorizes the County Manager to execute this contact subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
