Conveyance of Real Property from Eastern Wake Fire-Rescue Dept, Inc. (“EWFR”) to Wake County
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Accepts the conveyance by Special Warranty Deed of the real property acquired by EWFR at Book 2688, Page 528 of the Wake County Registry, being the Hester Street Fire Station, and the Right of Way for Hester Street Station acquired by EWFR at Book 3351, Page 493 of the Wake County Registry, upon terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
2. Accepts the conveyance by Special Warranty Deed of the real property acquired by EWFR at Book 6533, page 755 of the Wake County Registry, being the Clifton Road Fire Station, upon terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
3. Authorizes the Manager to execute any documents incident to the acquisition of the aforementioned properties.
