Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners approves the 21st Amendment to the Revised Interlocal Agremeent between Wake County and the City of Raleigh Relating to Countywide Room Occupancy and Prepared Food and Beverage Tax Revenues as approved by the Raleigh City Council on AUgust 20, 2019, subject to the Terms and Conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
