Amendment to Extend the Duration of the Sales Tax Agreement with Wake County Board of Education Regarding Construction of New Schools and Major Renovation of Existing Schools
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners authorize the Chair to execute the following documents:
1. First Amendment to Lease Agreement to extend the Sales Tax Agreement with Wake County Board of Education Regarding Construction of New Schools and Major Renovation of Existing Schools to June 2, 2029; and
2. Memorandum of First Amendment to Lease Agreement, to be recorded by the Wake County Board of Education at the Wake County Registry, along with any other documents required to effectuate this transaction
