Habitat for Humanity Development Agreement Addendum
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Authorizes the County Manager to execute a First Addendum to the Development Agreement between Habitat for Humanity of Wake County and Wake County for the purpose of amending and releasing one lot (308 W. Jones Street) from the Development Agreement dated April 12, 2017 and;
2. Authorizes the County Manager to extend deadlines in the Development Agreement related to the construction of homes as related to the remaining lots, subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney
