Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners authorizes the Chairman to execute instruments of dedication and conveyance to the City of Raleigh for the Oak City Multi-Services Center at 1430 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC, subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney
