That the Board of Commissioners authorizes the Chairman to execute the utility easement with Duke Energy for the distribution of electrical services necessary for the Oak City Multi-Services Center, 1430 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC, subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney
