Acquisition of Adams Family Property along Middle Creek as an Addition to South East County Park
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Appropriates $116,842 in Recreation Area Land Contribution Funds and $111,434 in Open Space Funds;
2. Authorizes the County Manager to execute an agreement to purchase the Adams Family Property, subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
