Conveyance of a Temporary Construction Easement at the Wake County South Wake Landfill to the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT)
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the conveyance of a temporary construction easement at the South Wake Landfill to the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT); and
2. Authorizes the Chairman to execute said easement (along with any supporting documentation), subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
