Consultant Agreement with UNC School of Government Development Finance Initiative for a Recreational Facilities Study
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners approves and authorizes the County Manager to sign an agreement, in an amount not to exceed $67,000, with the UNC School of Government Development Finance Initiative, LLC, to complete a recreational facilities study that includes Lake Crabtree County Park and parcels owned by RDU Airport Authority, pursuant to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney
