Conveyance of Utility Easement at South Wake Landfill to BellSouth Telecommunications, LLC, d/b/a AT&T North Carolina
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the conveyance of a utility easement at the South Wake Landfill to BellSouth Telecommunications, LLC, d/b/a AT&T North Carolina: and
2. Authorizes the Chairman to execute said easement (along with any supporting documentation), subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney
