Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners awards a construction contract to Harrod and Associates Contractors, Inc., of Raleigh, NC in the amount of $1,561,000 for the 9th Floor Renovation in the Wake County Office Building, subject to conditions acceptable to the County Attorney
