Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners holds a public hearing and considers Shotwell Landfill, Inc.’s request to amend their existing landfill franchise to increase the annual tonnage threshold from 91,250 tons/year to 365,000 tons/year and to increase the service area from Wake and Johnston counties to include Durham, Orange, Granville, Franklin, Nash, Harnett and Chatham counties
