Granting of Permanent Utility Easements and a Temporary Construction Easement to the Town of Cary on County-Owned Property Known as Lake Crabtree County Park
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners approves the conveyance of Permanent Utility Easements and a Temporary Construction Easement to the Town of Cary and authorizes the Chairman to execute said easements to the Town of Cary (along with any supporting documentation), subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney
