Appropriation of Emergency Funds Associated with COVID-19

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners:

 

1.                     Reduces the appropriation of $10,800,000 of fund balance previously appropriated for costs associated with Wake County’s COIVD-19 response; and

 

2.                     Accepts and appropriates $62,731,100 of Coronavirus Relief Funds for the costs associated with Wake County’s COVID-19 response; and

 

3. Accepts and appropriates $640,005 into the General Fund in one-time federal funds from the US Department of Health and Human Services to Wake County Emergency Medical Services.
