Easement Dedication and Development Approvals for Sandy Plains Public Safety Station
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the dedication of a Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) and Access Easement on County owned property for the Sandy Plains Public Safety Station; and
2. Authorizes the Chair to execute all instruments necessary to facilitate the development of the Sandy Plains Public Safety Station, including but not limited to, the SCM and Access Easement and all other easements, plats, and other development related documents, subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
