Proposed General Obligation Bond Referenda for Schools and Wake Tech for November 2026 Ballot

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners:

 

1.                     Adopts a resolution making certain findings and determinations;

 

2.                     Directs the publication of a notice of intent to file an application with the Local Government Commission and the filing of said application; All in connection with the proposed issuance of general obligation bonds by the County of Wake, North Carolina.
