Approve Resolution Authorizing Wake County’s Participation in the National Opioid Remnant Defendants Settlement
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Authorizes Wake County to participate in the National Opioid Remnant Defendants Settlement; and
2. Authorizes the County Attorney, or their designees to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the County’s participation in the settlement.
