Memorandum of Understanding with the Town of Cary for Funding of Concrete Improvements at the Wake County Fire Training Center

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners:

 

1.                     Accepts and appropriates $300,000 from the Town of Cary for concrete improvements for the Live Burn Building at the Wake County Fire Training Center; and

 

2.                     Authorizes the County Manager to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Wake County and the Town of Cary, subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
