Conveyance of Easements to the City of Raleigh on County Owned Property at 401 Capital Boulevard
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the conveyance of Sidewalk Easements and Temporary Construction Easements on County owned property at 401 Capital Boulevard to the City of Raleigh; and
2. Accepts and appropriates $6,426.00 as just compensation for the easement conveyance into the Program Wide Projects Reserve Element of the County Capital CIP Fund; and
3. Authorizes the Chair to execute said easement documents (along with any other supporting documentation), subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
