Acquisition of Easements for Sanitary Sewer Extension to Ponderosa Subdivision in Eastern Wake County

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners approves the acquisition of sanitary sewer and temporary construction easements across the following properties in support of a sanitary sewer extension project to serve the Ponderosa Subdivision:

 

1.                     Property located at 2600 Edgemont Road, Wendell, NC, owned by Wendell Community Church, Inc., and

 

2.                     Property located at 6800 Hankinson Road, Wendell, NC, owned by Islamic Association of Raleigh
