Conveyance of Easements to the City of Raleigh on County Owned Property at Crabtree Creek Flood Control Structure Site# 13 Shelly Lake

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners:

 

1.                     Approves the conveyance of Greenway Easements on County owned property at Crabtree Creek Flood Control Structure Site#13 Shelly Lake to the City of Raleigh; and

 

2.                     Authorizes the Chair to execute said easement documents (along with any other supporting documentation), subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
