Proposal to Exchange Property in the Little River Open Space Area Pursuant to G.S. 153A-176 and G.S. 160A-274
Recommended Action:
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the staff proposal to exchange parcels with Camden and Hannah Finch pursuant to G.S. 153A-176 and G.S. 160A-274; and
2. Authorizes the Chairman to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the said exchange of property, subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
