Conveyance of Easements to the City of Raleigh on County Owned Property at Crabtree Creek Flood Control Structure Site# 13 Shelly Lake
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the conveyance of Sanitary Sewer Easements, Temporary Construction Easements and Greenway Easements on County owned property at Crabtree Creek Flood Control Structure Site #13 Shelly Lake to the City of Raleigh; and
2. Accepts and appropriates $123,100.00 as just compensation for the easement conveyances into the Program Wide Projects Reserve Element of the County Capital CIP Fund; and
3. Authorizes the Chair to execute said easement documents (along with any other supporting documentation to include future releases/abandonments of existing sanitary sewer easements), subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
