Lease Agreement for Cary Equipment at Wake RTP Tower
Recommended Action
That the Board of County Commissioners approves a ten-year Colocation Lease Agreement with the Town of Cary for RTP Kitt Creek radio tower co-location, with three (3) five-year renewal options, subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney, and authorize the County Manager or designee to execute the Agreement and related documents.
