Award Construction Contract for the South Wake Landfill Gas Collection System Expansion Project

Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners:

 

                     1. Awards a construction contract to Advance One Development, LLC, of Charlotte, North Carolina in the amount of $532,814 for the South Wake Landfill Gas Collection System Expansion Project; and

 

                     2. Authorizes the County Manager to execute this construction contract subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
