Conveyance of a Permanent Electric Utility Easement on Wake County Property for the Renovation of Historic Oak View County Park
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the conveyance of a Permanent Electric Utility Easement to Duke Energy Progress, LLC for the installation and operation of a new transformer and associated electric utility infrastructure serving the new maintenance building at Historic Oak View County Park; and
2. Authorizes the Chair to execute the deed of easement and any other supporting documentation, subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
