That the Board of Commissioners:
Consents to the transfer of membership interest in Dacian Glen, LLC from Enterprise RB Fund I, L.P., Enterprise Housing Partners XVII Limited Partnership, and Dacian Glen Redevelopment, Inc. to Community Revitalization and Preservation Corporation.
