Award Construction Contract for Law Enforcement Training Center Chiller and Domestic Hot Water System Replacement project

Recommended Action:
That the Board of Commissioners...

1.                     Awards a $680,000.00 construction contract to Comfort Systems USA (MidAtlantic), LLC of South Boston, Virginia; and

 

2.                     Authorizes the County Manager (or designee) to execute a construction contract for the Law Enforcement Training Center Chiller and Domestic Hot Water System Replacement project, subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
