Disposition of 604 E. Young Street for the Purpose of Affordable Housing
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
Authorizes the County Manager to enter into a contract for the sale of 604 E. Young St, Rolesville (REID # 0077377), to Shonta Smith for use as affordable housing, for a purchase price of $18,000 pursuant to a resolution adopted in accordance with N.C.G.S. 160D-1316(4) and N.C.G.S. 160A-267; and
2. Authorizes the Chair to sign the deed and any other documents necessary to convey the subject property to Shonta Smith.
All agreements are subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
