Amendment Approval of the Affordable Housing HOME-American Rescue Plan (ARP) Allocation Plan
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Accept and appropriate $5,293 to reflect additional funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), increasing the County's total HOME-ARP award from $3,511,550 to $3,516,843.
2. Amends the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan to reprogram $2,516,843 from non-congregate shelter to $1,000,000 in supportive services and $1,516,843 to affordable housing development and authorizes the Chair to execute documents and any agreements necessary to submit to HUD and to carry out activities described in the plan.
