Conveyance of Easements to Duke Energy Progress, LLC at 727 N Rogers Lane for the Kellam-Wyatt County Park
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the conveyance of easements at 727 N Rogers Lane to Duke Energy Progress, LLC for the Kellam-Wyatt County Park; and
2. Authorizes the Chair to execute said easement document (along with any other supporting documentation), subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
