Conveyance of an Easement to Wake Electric Membership Corporation at 15224 Creedmoor Road for the new Sandy Plains Public Safety Station
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the conveyance of an easement at 15224 Creedmoor Road to Wake Electric Membership Corporation for the Sandy Plains Public Safety Station; and
2. Authorizes the Chair to execute easement document(s) (along with any other supporting documentation), subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
