Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners authorizes the County Manager to execute a three-year contract, with optional annual renewals, with Scheider Geospatial, LLC., for interactive mapping tools for real property sales and property characteristics subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
