Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners approves the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method for the construction of the future Wake County Swinburne Building Renovations Project, based on concluding that this delivery method is in the best interest of the project, in accordance with NC General Statutes 143-128.1 (e).
