Recommended Action

That the Board of Commissioners

 

1.                     Awards a construction contract in the amount of $986,000.00 to Triad Roofing Company of Winston Salem, NC for the Wells Fargo IMAX Theater Roof Replacement project;  and

2.                     Authorizes the County Manager to execute this contract subject to conditions acceptable to the County Attorney
