Wake Technical Community College Capital Improvement Program FY 2027 Plan Appropriations
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners appropriates a total of $86,365,000 for design and construction of additions to the Health Sciences Campus; renovation of various Southern Campus facilities; relocation of the Western Wake Campus; and ongoing capital program support for campus infrastructure, lifecycle replacements, renovations, and repairs.
