Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves extending the loan term and affordability period to April 30, 2037, for Carlton Place Apartments in Raleigh, NC.
2. Authorizes the County Manager to execute necessary loan and regulatory documents.
Any loan extension is subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
