Accept and Appropriate Supplemental Medicaid Administration Funding for FY2027
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners accepts and appropriates $2,400,705 of State revenue and expenditures in the General Fund from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to support implementation of additional Medicaid eligibility administration requirements authorized by Session Law 2026-1 (House Bill 696), including implementation of Public Law 119-21 (H.R.1) and continued support of Medicaid Expansion eligibility changes.
