Approve a Two-Year Contract with Off Duty Management Scheduling Software for Extra/Off-Duty Employment for Wake County Sheriff’s Office Employees
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Authorizes the County Manager to execute a two-year contract with Off Duty Management (ODM) providing scheduling software for the Wake County Sheriff’s Office to monitor employees working extra duty or off-duty assignments for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028 subject to terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney's Office.
2. Accepts funds from Off Duty Management for Administrative and Vehicle fees collected from outside employers for deputies working off duty assignments.
