Award Construction Contract for the Nomaco Park Stadium Improvements Project
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Awards a construction contract in the amount of $4,293,327 to Muter Construction of Zebulon, North Carolina, and
2. Authorizes the County Manager to execute the contract for the Nomaco Park Stadium Improvements Project, subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney, and
3. Accepts and appropriates $1,293,794 funding from the Town of Zebulon into the Major Facilities Capital Improvement Program Fund Fiscal Year 2027 Budget as the Town's contribution to renovations to Nomaco Park.
