Approval of a Request from North State Medical Transport for a Non-Emergency Ambulance Franchise Renewal (Second Reading)
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners, having conducted a public hearing on the request from North State Medical Transport for a non-emergency ambulance franchise, hereby grants such a franchise to North State Medical Transport for the operation of medical transportation services within Wake County. This franchise shall take effect on March 2, 2026, and remain in force for a period of five years.
