Designation of Responsible Corporate Officer for EPA Renewable Fuel Standard Compliance
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached resolution authorizing Dr. Caroline Loop, Deputy Director of Community Services for Wake County Government, to serve as the Responsible Corporate Officer (RCO) for activities regulated under the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Renewable Fuel Standard Program associated with the South Wake Landfill Renewable Natural Gas Facility.
