Conveyance of Easements to the Town of Morrisville on County Owned Property at Crabtree Creek Flood Control Structure Site# 1 Sorrell’s Grove Reservoir
Recommended Action
That the Board of Commissioners:
1. Approves the conveyance of a Permanent Sidewalk Easement and Temporary Construction Easement on County owned property at Crabtree Creek Flood Control Structure Site#1 Sorrell’s Grove Reservoir to the Town of Morrisville; and
2. Authorizes the Chair to execute said easement documents (along with any other supporting documentation), subject to the terms and conditions acceptable to the County Attorney.
